FAQs
Do I have to order in advance?
Items available to order in advance often sell out quickly so it's safest to place an order to avoid disappointment.
That said, I do also bake a few extra items each week that aren't on the order form, so do pop in on Saturday between 12-2pm and see what's available!
I've never ordered before, where do I collect?
Welcome! If you've signed up above to join the mailing list you'll receive an email on Sunday or Monday with a link to my menu and order form. Once you submit your order, you'll receive a confirmation email which includes the full collection address. If you don't receive this, please get in touch.
Can I see a sample menu?
The menu varies from week to week to incorporate seasonal and local ingredients which is really important to me. I bake a selection of breads (all naturally leavened using sourdough), as well as a variety of sweet and savoury treats including buns, tarts and biscuits. All of my bakes are made with East Anglian grown and milled stoneground flours and many other carefully-sourced ingredients which are local where possible.
